Silvertip Shark Blur
This artistic black and white photograph captures the motion of a large Silvertip Shark. Taken in the Mexican Pacific Revillagigedo Archipelago (sometimes known as the Socorro Islands), the shark can be seen swimming over the rocky, volcanic ocean floor. Richard created this image using an advanced camera technique called "accelerated panning" which produces a controled blur behind the shark to enhance the appearance of motion.
This photograph was "high commended" in the 2022 Ocean Art underwater photography contest!
Available in a variety of sizes as a print on fine art paper , or wall art on canvas or metal. This print is a signed, limited edition, of only 25 prints.
