Sergeant Major Frenzy

This artistic photograph is actually of a school of Sergeant Major fish - a species of damselfish.  Richard used his camera settings to create a blurred effect for the fish and the surface water, resulting in this artistic image that looks like it could be a painting.  Richard took this image in the Turks and Caicos islands.
