False Clownfish

This photograph shows the famous False Clown Anemonefish in its purple tipped Anemone host.  This species was of course made famous by the Disney movie "Nemo".  This fish really does have all the charactor that was portrayed by the movie!  Richard took this particular shot on a reef in Papua New Guinea.  By using a slow shutter speed Richard was able to capture the movement of the anemone's tentacles mooving in the current.  The False Clown fish can be found in parts of Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, the Soloman Islands and Northern Australia.
