This is a close up image of a Tiger Shark that I took at dusk in the Bahamas. This friendly female was about 12 feet long. This image clearly shows the Tiger's stripes, as well as the "ampullae of Lorenzini" - the dark electro-receptor spots on the shark's nose that she uses to detect electrical fields.
